Industrias Nacionales (INCA), as part of its Corporate Social Responsability program, sponsored a construction crew formed by company’s employees and volunteers from SERVIR-D. This construction work was made with the collaboration of Habitat for Humanity-RD, a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the situation of the homes of poor neighbourhoods of our country. The crew of almost 40 people took a Sunday and dedicated it to supporting the Project of Habitat for Humanity in Los Alcarrizos. As well as giving the necessary funds for the activity, INCA also donated construction materials. Under the direction of arquitects and builders from Habitat for Humanity, the volunteers worked actively in the site, helping to transport and place blocks, and preparing and placing the mix of cement.
