INCA’s Ethics Manual and Code of Conduct compromise our workers with the strictest ethical norms and to maintaining a social and professional behavior in accordance to the values and principles of the company.
The Ethics Manual and Code of Conduct serves as a reference in order to establish our responsibility of maintaining our commercial and professional relationships with our Clients, Competitors, Government Authorities, and the community, based in integrity, respect, and a strict application of the norms and regulations.
With this manual, Industrias Nacionales offers official guidance to its workers of how they should respond to any situation that they may encounter at work.

General Poliices regarding Business Ethics
Our workers and executives are commited to having honest, upright, transparent, respectful, and profesional relationships, within the legal framework, with our Clients, Competitors, Government Authorities, and the Community.
Conflict of interests
Our workers can not place their personal interest on top of the interest of the company. They have the freedom of carrying out any activity out of the company, as long as it does not affect the workers’ capacity or availability with the company.
By means of these policies, the company seeks to avoid laboral faults and at the same time to correct the existing ones and create a follow up mecanism to close conduct gaps.
